Yes. We can supply samples to test adhesion, substrate compatibility and waterproof performance. Mixed sample packages are also available so you can compare different sealant formulas.
Q2: What is your lead time for samples and bulk production orders?
Samples can be ready within 2 to 3 working days. After receiving your deposit, bulk goods will be finished within 5–7 working days.
Q3: How many samples should we prepare for testing purposes?
One cartridge is sufficient for both laboratory tests and on-site construction performance inspection.
Q4: How will you arrange shipment for samples and bulk cargo?
For bulk container orders, we ship by sea to help you save logistics expenses. Small samples can be shipped by DHL or FedEx for fast global delivery.
Q5: Could you introduce your full order process?
Please share your project details and technical requirements, then we will provide a customized quotation. After sample approval, you pay the deposit, and we start production and arrange shipment.
Q6: Can you print our brand logo on the sealant tubes and cartons?
Yes, OEM private label service is fully supported. Please provide high-definition logo files and complete confirmation before production starts.
Q7: Does this low-grade silicone sealant have long-term project warranty?
It has standard quality warranty for normal construction usage. However, extended engineering warranty is not available for facade projects.
Q8: Can this sealant be applied to swimming pools and water tanks?
It works well for non-pressure decorative fish tanks and landscape glass. It cannot be used on swimming pools or pressure-bearing water facilities.
Q9: Are custom colors available for our project?
Our standard colors are clear, white and black. Custom color matching service can be arranged for special project demands.
Q10: Do we need to treat the substrate surface before applying sealant?
The substrate surface needs to be clean and dry. Remove dust, grease and old sealant to guarantee good bonding performance.
